By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Description of Service

The Site is an informational and lead-generation service that connects consumers with licensed health insurance agents, brokers, and lead network partners. We are not a licensed insurance agent, broker, or insurance carrier. We do not sell insurance, issue policies, underwrite coverage, or make binding representations about the availability or terms of any insurance product.

When you submit a form on the Site, your contact information may be shared with one or more licensed insurance agents, brokers, or lead network partners (such as EverQuote, MediaAlpha, GoHealth, or similar) who will reach out to discuss insurance options. Any insurance plans, premiums, or terms presented by those parties are the responsibility of the individual agent or carrier, not Health Coverage 4 Me.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

The Site is intended for use by residents of the United States only. We do not direct the Site at users outside the United States and make no representation that the Site is appropriate for use in any other jurisdiction.

3. Accuracy of Information You Submit

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling out forms or otherwise submitting information through the Site. Submitting false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization may result in inaccurate insurance quotes, denial of coverage, and potential legal consequences. You assume full responsibility for the accuracy of information you submit.

4. Not Insurance Advice

Information provided on the Site, including state-specific guides, comparisons of plan tiers, cost ranges, eligibility summaries, and FAQs, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute insurance, legal, financial, or tax advice. Insurance plan availability, premiums, coverage terms, and eligibility rules vary by carrier, plan, county, household composition, and individual circumstances and change over time.

You should not rely on information on the Site as a substitute for personalized advice from a licensed insurance agent, attorney, or other qualified professional. Always confirm specific plan details, premiums, networks, and eligibility directly with a licensed agent or carrier before enrolling in any insurance plan.

5. Quotes and Estimates Are Not Binding

Any premium ranges, cost estimates, or plan descriptions on the Site are general estimates based on representative marketplace data and are not quotes for any specific plan. Your actual premium, deductible, copays, and out-of-pocket maximum will depend on the specific plan you choose, your age, your county, your tobacco use, your household income (for subsidy calculations), and other factors. Only a licensed agent or carrier can provide you with a binding quote.

6. Third-Party Agents, Carriers, and Networks

The Site connects you with independent licensed insurance agents, brokers, lead network partners, and insurance carriers. These parties operate independently from Health Coverage 4 Me. We do not control their conduct, the accuracy of information they provide, the terms of any insurance policies they offer, or the manner or timing of their communications with you (subject to the limits of applicable law, including the TCPA).

We are not responsible for:

  • The actions, omissions, or business practices of any third-party agent, broker, or carrier
  • The accuracy of plan information presented by third parties
  • The terms, coverage, exclusions, or claims handling of any insurance policy
  • Delays, failures, or errors in communication between you and any third party

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and software — is owned by or licensed to Health Coverage 4 Me and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may view and access the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Site content without our prior written permission
  • Use any automated system (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access, copy, or harvest content from the Site, except for legitimate search engine indexing

9. TCPA Consent

By submitting your contact information through any form on the Site, you provide your express written consent to be contacted by telephone (including calls to mobile devices), automated dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and text/SMS messages from Health Coverage 4 Me and our licensed insurance partners and lead network partners, even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call Registry. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE OR PROVIDED BY ANY LICENSED AGENT OR LEAD NETWORK PARTNER.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HEALTH COVERAGE 4 ME, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Health Coverage 4 Me and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right
  • Any information you submit through the Site

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
